About the fourth Tanzania's National Census, is that the Government should include the sub-villages leaders in the census' budget so that it would be easier for the enumerators to reach all homes being with those sub-villages leaders. This is because the sub-villages leaders know their people have even some of their phone numbers to simplify communication for the easily implementation of the practice.
There were also in our areas people who disliked to be counted reasoning that they don't see any support from the government because they still strugle with hard life since a long time without realizing any life change any longer.
So those people on the other side were challenging the government to be keen in serving its people equally.
