TUNAWEZA WOMEN GROUP (TWG) ni shirika lisilokuwa la kiserikali lililosajiriwa kama ‘NGO’ kisheria. Shirika hili lilianzishwa mwaka 2008 na kikundi cha akina mama 15 wote ni wakazi wa Kata ya Kipawa. Ilipofika   mwezi Juni 2008 akina mama hawa waliamua kurasimisha shughuli za umoja huu na kuamua kujisajili kama NGO. Tarehe 22 Februari, 2009 umoja huu ulipata usajili chini ya sheria ya NGO ya mwaka 2002; hivyo TWG ilipata usajili kwa cheti nambari NGO ,002857.

MISINGI YA KUANZISHA SHIRIKA:

Lengo kuu la kuanzishwa kwa umoja huu lilitokana na hali halisi kuwa akina mama ni nguzo kuu katika familia na malezi ya watoto. Ongezeko la hali duni ya maisha ya akina mama, watoto ,na hasa wasichana liliwagusa sana akina mama na kuona umuhimu wa kuchukua majukumu ili kuisaidia jamii hasa katika changamoto zinazoyakumba makundi matatu: mama, mtoto na wasichana.

Changamoto nyingi zinayakumba makundi haya katika jamii ikiwemo kupuuzwa, kunyanyaswa, kukosa na kunyimwa haki za msingi, maradhi, ukosefu wa chakula bora na ongezeko la watoto wa mitaani.

Sisi wana Tunaweza Women Group tuliona kuwa mama ni chachu ya mabadiliko na maendeleo katika jamii ya mtanzania. Kwa nini tusibebe majukumu yetu? Tuliona upo umuhimu wa kujijengea uwezo ili tuweze kupiga hatua.

MADHUMUNI YETU:

• • Kuwaunganisha wanawake kushiriki katika ujenzi wa taifa letu kwa kutumia vyema vipaji,
  • nguvu,elimu, na rasilimali zilizopo ili ziwezeshe kujiajiri na kuleta maendeleo kwa jamii nzima ya Tanzania.
  • Kudhibiti maambukizi mapya ya virusi vya ukimwi na kutoa huduma kwa waathirika na waathiriwa,yatima vijana na watoto wanaoishi katika mazingira magumu.
  • Kuimarisha haki ya usawa kwa jinsia zote na kujenga utetezi juu ya haki za akina mama.
  • Kutokomeza unyanyasaji wa kijinsia, ukandamizaji, unyonyaji na ubaguzi kwa wanawake
  • Kujenga na kuimarisha utawala bora, uwajibikaji na usawa katika kutoa huduma za msingi ndani ya jamii.
  • Kuondoa umaskini kwa kutoa  elimu na stadi za kazi mbali mbali na shughuli za ujasiria mali na kusimamia njia bora za kuweka na kukopa ili kujipatia mtaji.
  • Kutunza mazingira kw ajili ya afya bora.

  • MAFANIKIO:

    Kwa kipindi cha mwaka 2009 na 2011, shughuli za shirika letu zimeleta mabadiliko na mafanikio makubwa ndani ya kata ya Kipawa :

    • Kutoa misaada kwa watoto yatima wapatao 70 wengi wao wakiwa wanaishi katika mazingira magumu
    • Kutoa misaada ya chakula na mahitaji mengine kwa waathirika wa ukimwi wapatao 19
    • Kuweka walezi wa watoto yatima ili waweze kuendelea na elimu ya msingi huku wakiendelea kupata mahitaji kama vile nauli, kalamu, daftari, nguo za shule na ushauri nasaha.
    • Kutoa mafunzo ya stadi za awali za ujasiriamali kwa akina mama 86 kata ya Ukonga na kuwaunganisha akina mama 150  kuanzisha vikundi vya kiuchumi-VICOBA.
    • Tumedumisha umoja na ushirikiano ndani ya shirika ndani ya kipindi kigumu cha miaka 4 tangu 2008 bila ruzuku.
    • Tunashirikiana na wataalamu waelekezi katika kutushauri na kupata mafunzo jinsi ya kuendesha shirika letu.
    • Kuhamasisha jamii kupima virusi vya ukimwi na kutoa elimu jinsi ya kujikinga na maambukizo.

    • Shirika halina fedha za kuendeshea miradi ya maendeleo
    • Hatuna wafadhili na hatujawahi kupata mafunzo juu ya kupata ufadhili
    • Hatuna wafanyakazi wa kudumu kutokana na ukosefu wa fedha
    • Hatuna ofisi ya kudumu

    • Tunawaomba wadau wa maendeleo na wafadhili kulichangia fedha shirika letu ili huduma zetu ziwafikie wengi
    • Tunahitaji taarifa za wafadhili
    • Tunahitaji vifaa vya kufanyia kazi Komputa 2, simu ya ofisi, meza 3 na viti vyake, viti vya wageni 4, modemu ya internet.
    Tunahitaji kupata ufadhili wa mafunzo ili kuongezea ujuzi na umakini wa kazi zetu

  • MALENGO YA MIAKA 5 IJAYO(2012-2016):

    • Kuwa na mpango mkakati wa miaka mitano
    • Kuanzisha mfuko wa fedha kwa ajili ya kutoa mikopo kwa akina mama kwa riba nafuu
    • Kutoa mafunzo ya ujasirimali kwa wanachama na vikundi vya akina mama
    Kuimarisha zaidi mafunzo ya ushonaji angalau kufikia wahitimu 20 kila mwaka
  • Kuimarisha mafunzo ya uelimishaji rika pamoja na michezo kwa vijana.
  • • Kukuza ustawi wa jamii hasa kata ya Kipawa kwa kuwajengea uwezo akina mama na wasichana kuweza kujikimu na kujiajiri wenyewe.
    • Kuimarisha mapambano dhidi ya ugonjwa wa Ukimwi.

     

CAN women GROUP (TWG) is a nongovernmental organization lililosajiriwa as 'NGOs' legal. This organization was founded in 2008 by a group of 15 mothers all are residents of the County of Gift. By month June 2008 these women decided to formalize this union activities and decided to register as an NGO. On February 22, 2009 this union was only registered under the NGO law in 2002, it gained TWG NGO registration certificate number, 002857.

ESTABLISHING THE BASIS OF ORGANIZATION:

The main objective of the establishment of this unity was due to the reality that mothers are the main pillars of the family and upbringing of children. The increase in poor living conditions of mothers, children, especially girls liliwagusa mothers and see the importance of taking responsibility to help society, especially in challenging zinazoyakumba three groups: mother, baby and girls.

Zinayakumba challenges these groups in society, including neglect, abuse, lack and deprivation of basic, disease, malnutrition and an increase in street children.

We have We Women Group we feel that the mother is the catalyst for change and development in a Tanzanian community. Why not bebe our responsibilities? We saw there is a need to build capacity so that we can make progress.

OUR PURPOSE:

• • Linking women to participate in building our nation through better talent,
  • power, knowledge, and resources available to ziwezeshe self-employment and community development in Tanzania.
  • Control of new infections of HIV and provide services to victims and victims, orphans and young children living in difficult circumstances.
  • Strengthening the rights of equality for all genders and build advocacy on the rights of mothers.
  • Eradication of gender violence, oppression, exploitation and discrimination of women
  • Build and strengthen governance, accountability and equity in providing basic services in the community.
  • Eliminating poverty by providing education and skills various jobs and activities ujasiria property and manage the best way to keep borrowing to acquire capital.
  • Kw environment for better health.

  • ACHIEVEMENTS:

    For the period from 2009 to 2011, our corporate activities have brought changes and achievements in the county of Gift:

    • Provide assistance to about 70 orphanages many of whom live in difficult conditions
    • Provide assistance to food and other necessities for the victims of AIDS about 19
    • Keeping guardians of orphans so they can continue with basic education while they continue to demand such as fares, pen, notebook, clothes for school and counseling.
    • Provide initial training in entrepreneurial skills among women 86 and connect Ukonga ward 150 mothers-economic groups to form VICOBA.
    • Tumedumisha unity and cooperation within the organization in a time of 4 years since 2008 without subsidies.
    • Directions We are partnering with experts in the guide and get training in how to run our organization.
    • Mobilize community HIV testing and education on how to prevent infection.

  • CHALLENGES:

    • The organization has no funds to run development projects
    • We have no sponsors and we have received training on funding
    • We have no permanent staff due to lack of funds
    • We have no permanent office

    • We need equipment to work on Computer 2, call the office, tables 3 and her stools, seats four guests, internet modem.

  • GOALS FOR NEXT 5 YEARS (2012-2016):

    • Having a strategic plan for five years
    • Establishing a fund to provide money for loans for affordable interest rates for mothers
    • Provide training for entrepreneurs to members and groups of mothers
    To improve the training of tailoring at least 20 graduates each year
  • Strengthening the training of peer educators and youth sports.
  • • Promote the welfare of society, especially the county of Gift for empowering women and girls to subsistence and self employment.
    • Strengthening the fight against AIDS disease.
