TUSOME PROJECT

Tusome ni mradi unaendeshwa na shirika la Ni Hekima Pekee katika kata ya Butimba wilayani Nyamagana Mkoa wa Mwanza. Lengo la mradi huu ni kuwawezesha watoto wanaoishi mazingira hatarishi kupata elimu ya awali na msingi katika kata ya Butimba.

Shirika kupitia mradi wa TUSOME linawatambua watoto hawa kwa ushirikiano na uongozi wa kata,mtaa na kamati za MVCS na mapara socia worker katika kila mtaa.

Kwa ushirikiano mzuri wa wanakamati wa MVCC (most vulnerable children comittee) familia hutembelwa na kufanya utambuzi wa watoto wa uso kwa uso na kuongea na familia kwa mipango endelevu ya familia kwa manufaa ua maendeleo ya sasa na baadaye ya mtoto/watoto husika.

Mijadala mbali mbali baina ya maofisa wa mradi wa Tusome, familia na kamati husika hujadiliwa kwa lengo la maendeleo ya mtoto na usalama wake kwa ujumla.

Uongozi wa kata hutumia mwanya wa ugawaji wa vifaa vya shule kwa watoto kuwaasa wazazi na watoto kuwa makini na wafuatiliaji wa maendeleo ya taaluma.

Kwa kushirikiana na walimu wa shule husika maofisa wa mradi hutembelea waoto wanaoishi mazingira hatarishi mashuleni kutathimini maendeleo ya mtoto mmoja mmoja na kusikiliza mapendekezo na ushauri wa waalimu kwa mtoto husika.

 Katika kufanikisha zoezi la uwezeshaji wa vifaa vya shule TUSOME hutumia mafundi (mafundi chelehani, na viatu)  husika ndani ya jamii katika kutengeneaza vifaa vya watoto wanaoishi mazingira hatarishi ikiwa ni njia mojawapo ya kuelelezea na kufikisha  ujumbe kwa jamii dhidi ya uhitaji wa mchango wa jamii katika swala la maendeleo na makuzi ya mtoto.. vile utaratibu h uu unasaidia pale ambapo kifaa kinahitaji baadhi ya marekebisho mzazi huweza kumfikia fundi kwa urahisi na pengine marekebisho hayo huwa bure kama mchango wa fundi katika kumwezesha mtoto kupata elimu.

Mradi hufanya tathimini ya maendeleo ya mtoto kitaaluma kwa kuwatembelea shuleni, mijadala mbalimbali hufanyika kati ya walimu na wafanyakazi wa mradi kuhusu maendeleo ya mtoto kitaaluma na kushauriana kipi  kifanyike kwa ajili ya maendeleo ya mtoto husika

Vilevile mahojiano na majadiliano hufanyika na wazazi au walezi wa watoto hawa ikiwa ni njia mojawapo ya kufanikisha lengo la mtoto kupata elimu na ulinzi toka kwa wazazi au walezi wake

Elimu ya awali

Kwa kuzingatia umuhimu wa elimu ya awali, Mradi wa TUSOME unawawezesha watoto wadogo toka familia zinazoishi mazingira hatarishi kuanza elimu ya awali. NIHEP inaamini elimu ya awali kuwa ni msingi mzuri wa elimu katika familia  na jamii kwa ujumla na maadalizi mazuri ya mtoto kuanza elimu ya msingi

 Kwa kushirikiana na uongozi wa kata NIHEP kupitia mradi wa TUSOME uhudhuria mijadala maalum katika uhitaji wa wa dharura katika taaluma :-kuchangia karo za sekondari pale ambapo taratibu zote wa kuonyesha kuwa kijana anahitaji mchango wa dharula ili kijana aanze kidato cha kwanza au akafanya mtihani

Read PROJECT

Read is a project run by the agency alone is wisdom in the county of Butimba Nyamagana district of the region. The goal of this project is to empower children living vulnerable to pre-county basis in the Butimba .

Early education
