Project Goals

The overall HEfDe’s objective is to build capacity and enabling the marginalized groups to enhancing opportunities of health and education information and services so that they can liberate by themselves from the obstacles hindering their developments individually and national in general.

The specific objectives that accomplish the main objective include;

1. doing research to find problems facing marginalized groups in health and education in the community and finding ways to solve them;
2. To promote quality health, education and social economic development in the community and enhance quality livelihood among community members;
3. To consultancy for propagating our expertise and generating a shared understanding of issues concerning health and education and ways forward to sustainability;
4.  Linking with other organizations and development sectors to ensure improvement of the society and become leading NGO with good example to others as a catalyst of change and development to marginalized groups internally and externally

Project Activities

The organization implementing programs aim to deliver quality health, education and life style in general in the community through building the capacity of individuals and groups involving in issues of health, formal and non formal education and Early Childhood Development (ECD) aspects.

Currently the organization is implementing a program to support special groups with special needs in education and health in Singida and Shinyanga regions specifically albinos society.

In collaboration with AYI Natural Therapies Clinic institution, the organization is doing research in the communities to observe and discovering albinos’ livelihood problems. After findings the organization in collaboration with the government ensures that these groups receive accurate knowledge about their health and medicine services required and stay healthy.
