YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROJECT  AND SCHOOL PERFORMANCE SUPPORT(YEP&SPS)

We have realized that what the young people need is elementary participation which means there must be consultation and young people must be asked their opinion before a decision made. Youth need participation with autonomy and power but to reach that goals and build their confidency and trust  must be proven by themselves.

Our activities are mainly centered to children with difficulties and street children well-being, indigenous youth from poor families and  in this case.We offer trainings  that  prepares to young adolescents in active and competition life on the market of job  in multidisciplinary wayt, like Joinery (menuiserie), Plumbing(plumber,)Welding (soudure), SewMechanical (mécanique), driving school (auto-mobile), mixed hairstyle (coiffure), hotels training school (hôtelerie), electricity (électricité)

We are encouraging the graduates youth to help  colleagues in lower classes, with the new policy of Rwanda where there are several nine years basics education none boarding schools where the parents  can’t help those students to get evening revision, where possible we provide schools materials for the most vulnerable families.In three secondary schools we are awarding the  the  highest marked students in each promotion.

Unfortunately, the needs of the youth exceeds our capacity…. We therefore request different stakeholders and donors to get involved.
