For my self i think because of lack of good idea

Back to me, the main problem with many Tanzanians is startup capital. Most of young generation have creative and innovative ideas  but all of their dreams fail because they dont have access to capital. Look at Tanzanian Gradutes..they all ends up jobless because of lack of capital for most of them and others do not want to change their minds to be self employed.Unless we Tazanians and especially Youth do not change our thinking and thinks out of the box nothing we can achieve...we must have a vission to liberate ourself from extremely poverty and reduce the bubbles that we have in our society

Having a business plan, comes through the knowledge acquired from the formal learnings or the experience, financing a youth with the dream of having a business without a clear business plan tends to increase the impossibility over the effective conduction of the business successfully,

A youth needs to have the knowledge about the expected business, not only the finance capital, many of the business face entropy due to the poor running system resulted from unknowledged business taker. running a business is risk taking, so it is not only the finance as a capital but also the knowledge as important capital. education over the business is challenge to mostly youths.

I agree with you Venance that the most important capital is the business idea.

After business idea and bisness plan, then comes the issue of capital! one must have the strategies on how he will get the capital. The conditions to get loans from many instituions in our country are not friendly to most of us youth who are starting new projects with just an idea!
