“Poverty Alleviation for Tanzania Natives - (PATNA)" is a registered Non-Government and not-for profit organization, that was established in 2017 with a vision to see the society being free from challenges brought by abject poverty in Tanzania.

PATNA was founded in 2017 by 10 founding members (A Team of 5 females & 5 males), and its head office is situated in Kibaha Town Council (KTC) (PWANI REGION - TANZANIA).

In 2019 PATNA was registered in Tanzania by the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children under its NGO's Section  with Registration Number: 00NGO/R/0128.
