An OVCC member is teaching the orphans and vulnerable children with their caregivers together with the Puma village's government leaders on "How to fairly treat for the orphans and vulnerable children. He says that 'Children are as a capital because when every body cares for them fairly, whether they are orphans or vulnerable children, they will be a great help to the caregivers and even to the whole community in general. So the children are valuable." This event took place at Puma village on 1st of March, 2014.
