The Founder

Driven by strong desire to create employment for myself after retirement and other unemployed Tanzanians the founder Rehema Lupakisyo Mwateba Nee Malambugi a Tanzanian women currently, aged 59 years old used her pension fund to establish in 2006, Ka-3 Vegefruta, a small scale fruits and vegetable growing and food processing company based in Dar es Salaam. Initially registered as sole owned private company(cap 213) this company has acquired a new legal status that of New Generation Farmers Ltd under the Companies Act, 2002(Cap.212). With wider range mandate under the new registration, at the moment the major thrust remains wealth creation through growing fruits,

vegetables, keeping livestock and producing on-farm processed products and training others in the same.
