In Tanzania women are left behind in the implementation of water and environmental policies. What are your views on this topic?

@MiDA Tanzania (Mbulu District ): Well yes but even the common layman is left out of these important policy making decisions - not just women. Our country needs to learn how to make decision making more participatory because as it is, it is very top-bottom and ineffective.
