MiDA Tanzania is growing with The Foundation for Civil Society. Just like any other organization that start small but grow big that is the Vision of MiDA Tanzania. MiDA Tanzania has gone through the small grant succesfully and it has qualified for the Medium Grant. MiDA Tanzania Project Coordinator and Project Officer were invited to Dodoma for the 5 day training which was one of the hands on trainings everheld. The work was tidious but at last MiDA Tanzania signed an agreement with the Foundation for Civil Society to implement a one year project in 12 villages which from 4 wards of Dawdi Division in Mbulu district. The project title is Empowerment of the Village Water Users Commitees in 4 wards of Dawdi Division.

During this phase MiDA Tanzania will also review its plans, systems and policieis. The key of all is to review the strategic plan which has ended in December, 2012, review of the financial, human resources and procurement and asset disposal policy. This will make MiDA Tanzania a competitive orgazation to be able to attract other donors in support is strategic plan implemention. MiDA Tanzania envisages to be able to attract more donors due to its potential and capacity of implementing development project especially in Manyara region where the orgazation is placed.
