Provide support services to Matengo community include informational one, also we have attempted to innovate a mechanism for linking coffee producers to the consumers to realize the better prices for producers through cooperatives.

Education about entreprenuership is already high on the Agenda in most Tanzania Regions.A wide variety of programs and activities exists across Tanzania. How ever there is a need of promoting these initiatives more systematically.The Matengo Development Plans is committed to  promote entrepreneurship education at all level.

The Expansion and improvement of HIV/AIDS Education around the world is critical to prevent the speed of HIV.There are estimated 34million people living with virus and each year people become infected.Therefore we have committed to provide right information and active learning about HIV.

The matengo development plans will allow the community to explore environmental issues, engage in problem solving and take action to improve the invironment as a result individuals will be able to develop deep understanding about their environment.

The matengo development plans will also provide education for rural people include training and capacity development in poverty reduction and food security.

Also the Matengo Development Plans will put much emphasize on fishery products by introducing different education about fish keepind and emphasise on the fish eating culture among the matengo community.Me and my team member we have come to realize that tilapia and catfish can be produced within our area.
