MAEC has been developing, enhancing and harmonizing networks, partnerships and cooperation among the government departments, other existing NGOs, individuals and the community members at large. This seeks to develop co management and smooth running of the organization and its projects inclusive.

Either MAEC has conducted different trainings, workshops, and seminars to the community members on human rights. This was carried out in coo-operation with our local government. Other trainings were conducted to women and youths against the drug abuse which was found to be the big causative to the spread of HIV/AIDS.

Also since its inception, MAEC has already provided school orphans with education support including provision of school materials and uniforms and school fees for finalists’ students/pupils. The previous services provision programme was made in 2007,2008 and 2009. MAEC have been supporting the orphans children for school materials and school fees,health facilities support as well as psychosocial support.The project whch was sponsored by Hope for Children from UK.

We are currently conducting trainings on health Reproduction and education against HIV/AIDS/DRUG ABUSE in Bukoba Municipal. t

On the other hand, our future plans include, first of all, implementation of the already developed projects. Secondly, continue seeking to establish partnerships with other local and international NGOs and organization; develop and implement other projects pertaining to key areas of work for our organization, particularly promotion of gender equality and women’s economic empowerment, combat HIV/AIDS epidemic disease through mobilization.
