Executive Director Duties and responsibilities will include the following
Chief Executive and spokes person of LFL
-In-charge of all project implementations
-Doing managements and human resources tasks
-Will decide and approve all the Monetary and other Organization’s expenditures and transactions, on the behalf of Governing Board
-Will prepare quarterly, min and yearly reports of activities of the organization
-Will provide report on income and expenditures to Board
-In collaboration of units heads will prepare budgets and do fund-raising

External Relation and Communication Officer

External Relation and Communication Officer Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
-To undertake a communication assessment and as a result a which develop and implement organization’s communication and advocacy strategy.
-To write reports and prepare documentation needed by the organization, donors and other partners.
-To lead in developing creative ways to document the progress (e.g. through photos/art/ case stories).
-Ensure that the organization’s publications are in high quality and released accordingly.
-Prepare annual reports; write external and internal reports and funding proposals.
-To share and explore communication processes, good practices within the programme or organization.
-Assist in capacity building on communication and advocacy for staff and partner organizations.
-Organize, together with the staff of LFL, events promoting LFL’s vision and mission.
-Organize documentation and concrete funding requirements in close cooperation with the operational departments of LFL for specific sponsors.
-To establish good relationship with the government departments and other community members.

Street Worker and Sports Teacher

Street Worker duties and responsibilities will include the following;
-To conduct sports session on the streets
-To conduct street work activities on the Arusha street
-To monitor and evaluate street work activities
-Follow up youths and young persons who are in conflict with law
-Follow up youths at Remind Home and Youth at Kisongo Jail

Daniel Mboya

Vocational Instructor

Vocational Instructor duties and responsibilities will include the following;
-To identify vocational schools or Centers for CYP’S.
-Looking for attachment or field placement for CYP’S when needed.
-Doing school follow up for academic progress.
