HURUMA has just Launched a new plan of advising the CSOs in Kagera Region; the program will start effectively from the begining of November 2011; where the Members of the Regional CSOs-KANGONET will be facilitated with designing their strategic plans;

The second phase of developing proposal will begin in January this year ;The cost will be B-matching where the partner NGO will facilitate 50% of the cost.

The program will  be implemented  jointly with KAWOCONET and MBF&DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY

Room for  extended communication and chatting on this program will continue;since Nov-January 2012.
