Found in the year 2009 as supportive group of Infected/Affected families. The group was serving the neediest families with HIV/AIDS and CANCER. The Foundation for Human Health society (HUHESO FOUNDATION) is a Foundation of marginalized people and community based organizations dealing with HIV/AIDS, CANCER, rights abuse, reproductive health to adolescents/youth.

Our primary goal is to lead disadvantaged groups into development process in Tanzania and play constructive role in uniting their efforts and potentialities in society, therefore HUHESO-FOUNDATION strive to promote dignity, equitable access to social services and resources for development and enhance Children, Youth, Women and disabled people competence. In doing so HUHESO-FOUNDATION ensures sustainable behavioral change, HIV/AIDS and CANCER Prevention programs and promotes Children, Youth, and disabled people entrants in HIV/AIDS and CANCER campaign. We also endeavor to ensure friendly services, confidential and quality delivery of health services in accordance with the ethics and principles.

HUHESO-FOUNDATION is committed in supporting Vulnerable and marginalized group especially most Vulnerable Children (Orphan) Adolescent, woman, Widows, people living with CANCER, HIV/AIDS and disabled people (special need) to restore the dignity of the marginalized groups whom some of them have under gone torture, humiliation, harassment and eviction so as to enable them pursue and realize their personal rights and development opportunities. Tanzania just like many societies worldwide has witnessed human rights abused. In this Particular case like Children, Youth and Women. The abuse of Children, Youth and women in our society are through domestic violence, assault, eviction and child abuse (including child labour, defilement, female genital mutilation and forced adolescent marriages) the barbaric acts are escalating at alarming rate and the situation is worse where it found that the victim is HIV+. HUHESO committed to support Cancer victim an educate people and to campaign about Cancer in our community. Cancer disease in Tanzania it seems to be a new disease but many people are suffering from Cancer and people do not understand it.
