And giving counseling for those infected after seeing they are separated from a society and stigmatize the orphans lack of direction after their some parents die leaving school and embarked on sex matters, smoking marijuana, thefts, and frauds. GS provided various reliefs such as Nutrional food (Flour, Rice, and Edible Oils, bar soaps, Seafood, Linen, Mosquito nets, blankets and Medicine for opportunistic infections. Most were referred in the normal state which leads them to feel like they are recognized health and nutritional, educationally.

  Orphans were able to get the school needs such as: school-uniform, Notebooks, pens and school bags. Community could be educated about the effects of stigma and exclude orphans and people living in the vulnerable area GS together with the society is responsible to help all those in need. Abstinence negligence, voluntary testing of checking their health, “Tanzania without AIDS is possible”. Democratic education is the right of every human being to make the community should be in good health, educationally and economically.
