It was registered in 2013 under the Company Act, chapter 103681 of Revised Edition 2002 as a company without shares limited by guaranteed. Fancy Foundation is multipurpose and community based organization. 

FAFOLI organization is an international partnership of symbiotically of widows whose mandate is to promote women and children rights, public education and program on HIV/AIDS, Sexual reproductive health, training health practitioners and coursing atomic of sustainable development economic to vulnerable people by using psychological awareness.

The organization was established in 2007 and registered in 2013 under the company Act, before getting registration FAFOLI used member’s contribution to drive its programs.
