EMPOWERING YOUTH IN AGRIPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM;

Through Initiative we have to design different kick start projects to educate and inspire other young people to dedicate on the self-employed, show them ways and means to be creative in using available opportunities and resources to engage in development. we developed the program to introduce various projects which are Agriculture; Horticulture, cultivation Cassava and  Maize, Bee keeping project (Tabora forest Igombe dam) processing and selling natural honey from Tabora, Aquaculture (Tilapia and Catfish), animal husbandry like Cows, Goats and Rabbit, Poultrywhereby we use the project to Inspire, Trainings and Mentor other young people through on the field, forums, Radio and Tv so as we must be good stewardship in managing and using available resources by protecting the environmental, we have become the voice of many young people and taken action. 

GENDER RESOURCE CENTER:

Think big challenge program is the program consist different four team of girls(Marco Team, Zebra team, Mashujaa team, and Amani Team) from BRAC MaendeleoTabata-Kimangawhere by every team had its duties who are trying to raise awareness amongst fellow girls in their community who are oppressed. They aim to help girls who are not given social, psychological, or economic rights, who do not have access to education, or who are forced into early marriages, Program is conducted in collaboration with Cambridge Development Initiative:

The problems what issue we are trying to solve:

●Girls’ rights are not respected

●Girls are overloaded with more societal pressures than boys

●Girls are not sent to schools as rigorously as boys, also they tend to be forced into early marriages.

As a group the solution they have chosen is to educate girls by going to their home places and arranging meetings with parents to tell them about women’s rights

ENGAGING AND PARTICIPATED IN PROGRAM AND PROJECTS 

Small farmer’s budgetary tracking. This was the program designed by OXFOM in collaboration with NSAF, ACTION AID AND POLICY FORUM launched the study of Small farmers budgetary tracking to find out the persecution they receive micro-scale farmers and pastoralists, particularly women.In this resolution ENRDO was invited as a task force for the program, managed to conduct the program in and Mtwaraand  Manyara region. Along with the program we managed to educate the farmers about be aware with climate change, food security, sanitation and environmental conservation.
