Partnership and Development

In more recent years, the CESDO has focused its energy on empowering people within poor communities to assess their strengths and develop their own strategies for moving those communities out of poverty. Whether dealing with poverty in Southern highlands, or across the united republic of Tanzania, in every context CESDO communities have come to recognize that those affected the most by poverty must be part of planning its solution.

The CESDO provides training, education, material help, and other resources as part of planned responses that are requested and maintained by people within the communities being served.
