1.0. Background
BACODECE is non government organization and non profit making organization incorporated under community ordinance Act, no 24 of 2002, of the Tanzanialaws to hold out its consent in matters related to community development. It was registered officially in 2011, and got its certificate of operation under registration no 00NGO/00004734
2.0. Desires
The desires to establish BACODECE was to join efforts to the national policy and millennium goals to poverty reduction, education and empowering community in the country.
A situation analysis of underprivileged community development in the country revealed that classes between marginalized class and privileged class grows faster due to the lack of opportunities and assess to those underprivileged in all aspects of social and economic development. So, we have a desire to put efforts in empowering underprivileged community socially and economically through various ways such as education, establishment of entrepreneurship projects, dealing with environmental conservation to support good hygiene of underprivileged and other campaigns against drugs, and HIV/Aids which most of its impact affect people of lower class
According to UNICEF report of the year 2009 million of people inTanzaniawere suffered with poverty, lack of education, unemployment and lack of funds for their small business and entrepreneurship project.Tanzaniais among the affected community, thus we intend to empower them so as to minimize negative impacts of poverty to the underprivileged community
The other needs to establish BACODECE is to engage in the provision of education, entrepreneurship education, and environmental conservation, campaigns against drugs abuse and trafficking and HIV/Aids
Pandemic.
3.0. Purposes
The primary objectives of BACODECE is to empower underprivileged community socially and economically, providing general education to students (private and school candidates ), entrepreneurship education, education against drugs abuse and trafficking, environmental pollution, poverty and HIV/aids
- To campaign on poverty, environmental issue, disease and effects of drugs abuse and trafficking
- To increase technical capacities of community volunteers and empower them to support to the students on how to achieve better and quality education
- To enable the community to acquire better and quality education for the sustainable development
- To advance a social and ecological responsible approach to business and entrepreneurship education and prepare youth be successfully
- To sensitize and increase use cultural and natural heritage for development of underprivileged community
- To strength supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities
4.0. Strategies/ methods
BACODECE plans to develop the underdevelopment community and contributing to the national and international planning frameworks as to be focused in the world campaigns against poverty, environmental pollutions, drugs campaigns and disease by giving them various supportive educations and trainings
The organization has strategy to have sustainable development community in Tanzania by ensuring that “underprivileged community empowered socially and economically” By strengthening their capacity for self reliant, Provide them with economic projects, Provide entrepreneurship training, Giving students materials and supportive tools, Promote equality in ultilization of national resources, Promote equality in ultilization of national resources and Influencing good decision making
BACODECE will ensure improvement of beneficiaries group by working hand by hand with local authorities t at all level including district, wards and villages, community groups and volunteers to reach the intended goals and objectives
BACODECE will cooperate and join with other stakeholders and partnership from internal and external donors, network with local NGOs, CBOs, CSO AND FBOs for sharing experience to the related matters and the exchange of views to the vision and mission statements
5.0. Organization structure
BACODECE is governed by annual general meeting; the annual general assembly shall appoint the chairperson and executive committee. The annual general meeting shall be responsible for al policies and strategies, reviewing the performance of the programmes and receiving and auditing financial statement and budget
The executive committee shall consist of chairperson, general secretary, a treasurer and two appointed members. The executive committee responsibility is to implement the decisions and directives of the annual general assembly as daily activities of the organization. It also set guidelines and rules for the conduct of the BACODECE affairs at all level.
Extraordinary general meetings and executive committee shall be caused at any time in respect of any situation warranting such meetings.

BACODECE, a new registered organization implemented some projects under ACADEMIC GUIDE EDUCATION CENTRE (AGEC) as CBOs before registered as NGO as following:

That is what BACODECE under the name AGEC has done so far. We achieved empower some students who were ready despair to continue dealing with education matters due to various reasons like funds, discrimination because of being failed in their previous examinations and culture traits that hinder habits(routines) and ethics of education in Morogoro. So, through BACODECE many of them were completed university or college, others are in university or college now while other were employed in various sectors. Therefore we need to cooperate with any other organization with similar objectives, goals and activities
