• Use youth ideas and consider their concerns when determining policies that may affect them.
• Explore ways to have technology available to residents for easy access to county related information.
• Learn as much as possible about what is going on in the lives of youth.
• Use what motivates youth to engage them.
• Parent involvement is essential.
• There must be a balance between a young person having fun with adults, trusting them, respecting them, and recognizing their value as serious and caring partners.

The International Youth day is more meaningful since youths could get chance to come together more easily and by so doing enabling the imparting/facilitating of new life experiences and knowledge towards our development. An example of a new knowledge is; how youths can do with entrepreneurship for quick economic development.

Positive Youth Development is youth acquiring the skills, attitudes, Knowledge, and experiences that prepare them for what is happening now, and in the future. Youth development provides the tools necessary for Successful engagement and outcomes.
Positive Youth Co-operative starts with youth development, and requires young people to have the opportunities necessary to improve and master their skills through practice and application.

Women were not left behind to discuss their issues. Its time now to engage women participation in national Development.
