Our Govt. is trying had to enable citizens having enough water by digging wells and water pools (mabwawa). But in the real sense our Govt is using more money for nothing. In Missenyi, we have a very big river known as KAGERA whereby water can be easly taped by using a very small amount of money compared to that is being used now. If you go to Mto wa Mbu, you can get a very good example of tapping water from a river.

KILIMO KWANZA IS NOT POSSIBLE IN OUR COUNTRY because our Govt is not serious with it.

Go at Sanjaranda, Singida. The Pentecostal Church initiated irrigation scheme, and it was successfuly implemented. They cultivate sun flowers, they installed a machine for sunflower oil. That area is ALMOST A DESERT, but they drilled awell that uses a wind fan.No fuel except lublicantoil only is needed there. Is our Govt serious with the KILIMO KWANZA?
