3. Imparting entrepreneurial skills to the groups of widows in Kilimanjaro regions
4. Marketing research and facilitate sales & marketing for the youth products.
5. Funding Graduates’ Business envelope.(Tasea shall train business skills to the college/university graduates, building capacity for them in groups of five, who will develop business plans will be funded by GBE as business loans whereby Transcript & certificates will be used as loan collaterals.
6. Providing civic and political awareness to rural people towards the 2015 General elections in Tanzania
7. Entrepreneurship Workshop Training to small and medium entrepreneurs on Personal Entrepreneurial competencies
8. Unite Women from the Village Community Banks (VICOBA) to participate in Productive projects within their localities.
9. Multi professional career fair and counseling for Moshi colleges and Universities finalists
10. Research on the effects of environmental degradation to food security in kilimanjaro region
11. Research on the effects of environmental degradation to economic activities in kilimanjaro region
