- Objectives: *Be consultancy organ in Projects' Planning and management as far as developmental programmes are concerned. * Provide and coordinate the flow of materials, financial and technical assistance from donors to the target groups such as women, youths, children, refugees, orphans and other specified issues. * Promotion and injection the spiri of projects' research, planning and Writing upon various Economic and social affairs for the welfare of human beind inside Tanzania and or in other societies at the present moment and in the future time. * Provide, conduct and facilitate training on various issues pertaining to the growth of Incomes and democracy to individuals, proups, societies etc.
- * Advocate, mobilize, sensitize the peoples' awareness to various policies and acted laws and,or By-Laws so as to facilitate the good governance from grass root to upper levels respectively.
- * Cooperate and communicate with internal and external organisations which are interested on our objectives in improving the living standard of Tanzania society. * Dissemination of information to other institutions pertaining to needy groups and share with them; ideas, knowledge, skills and experience in problem solving. * The Organisation is a participatory agent and catalyst for development programmes through which the target groups shall be encouraged to particiopate in decisions' making in project planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation etc.
