The community is trained on several national policies i.e. National water policy, Cooperative policy, and Environmental policy; that affect their lives.

Farmers in Lukuledi village filter the organic pesticides which is made through a mixture of locally available trees and shrubs. This organic pesticide has been very effective in the control of Flea Beetle and other diseases in Sesame and in Green gram. It is going to be applied in cashew nut for cashew Powdery mildew this season on trial.

The community is picking tree seedlings ready for planting to the main field. Tree has helped them in improving and also decorating their environment as well as getting energy for domestic purposes closer their homes than before
