Currently PADECO is implementing its activities to help OVC/MVC (Orphans and Most Vulnerable children) who are students at Luwana and Lugarawa wards in Ludewa district. PADECO provides among other things School fees, contributions, full uniforms and learning materials such as textbooks, pens, mathematical sets etc. Further, PADECO wishes to establish short and longterm sustainability programs esential for future self reliance. This OVC and MVC educational support is donated by Prof. Ludwig Gernhardt from Germany.
