Macedonia Ministry started in 2004 as a Community Based Organization (CBO), then in 2008 was registered as a Non-Governmental (NGO) with number 2591.

Its major achievements:

1. To help the orphans children to get education from kindergaten to college level

2. To protect environment through the use of solar energy

3. To educate women on environmental protection through the use of solar cookers and fireless cookers

4. To mobilise women to run their small projects such as tailoring, batic making etc.
