- Care and support to HIV/AIDS clients.
- Nutritional support to HIV/AIDS patients, orphans and vulnerable children.
- Medical assistance and support to terminally ill patients and the community.
- Provision of school fees and educational support.
- Micro-enterprise and skills development aimed at teaching people to earn a living through small scale projects such as fish farming, poultry, tailoring, weaving loom ,dye and batik, bicycle repair, etc.
- OVCs support and child development.
- Advocacy initiatives and support for the albino communities within Kagera region.
- Spiritual support and social counseling to the streets children, orphans and vulnerable children.
- Free medical services to orphans, HIV/AIDS, disabled, elders and needy children every day.
- Physiotherapy services for the disabled and other patients carried out every Tuesday.
- Free ear services for the orphans and vulnerable children every Wednesday and Saturday.
- Nyaz offered to children every Friday at one o’clock.
- Religious, English and counseling for children carried out every day from 4 pm at Madarasa class.
- Support, medical and social counseling to patients at Umme Kulsum transit center.
