NEW PROGRAMME ESTABLISHED ;IMPROVE FOOD AVAILABILITY BY EXTENDING IN AGRICULTURE ACTIVITIES.

Due soil infatility and highly increasing of pests and dieseases which started to envade our steple food banana,the Organization has introduced the New crop rotation instead of Traditional Agriculture which including mixed farming.

Secondly,the Organization is introducing the irrigation scheme project for maize and introducing the rice farming in the swample areas which is much available in the Area.

So our programme in this is to improve availability.

Etablish miner irrigation projects

Etablish fish rearing projects and establish ponds

To make sure that every family in region have enough commercial trees introducing coffee and pine trees.Thus establish strong economy and find the common market to transform economic and improving the quality in production of such products.

Thirdly due the availability of power the organization is intending to establish small scale industries to supliment the produced products by adding value,like processig coffee(removing cover part)making packaging,wine making from banana products and timber processing.
