Goba Development Community (GODECO) is a voluntary ,nonprofit making organization which started operating in 2005 and officially registered in 2010 with 23 members being females and 30 members being males which makes total number of 53 (GODECO) members,Today the organization has total number of 153 members 63 being females  and  90 males.

Activities of GODECO are based at grass root level which includes creating awareness on issues such as Gender ,HIV/AIDS,Good governance,Children protection againist (abuse and employment),social services,Entrepreneurship,Education and Environment.

Organization focus.

To see Community Members of Goba and Kinondoni District in general prospecting socially,economically,politically while maintaining the nature of environment for sustainable use.
