Enhance Mass Development(EMD) is warmly welcoming the volunteers from all over the world regardless the age,provided he/she is 18 years old and above,to work with EMD in an ongoing project or start a new which is abiding the organization's objectives.

We also invite volunteers from our country to work with us in our ongoing projects or to start a new project which is in our organization objectives.

In oder to maintain food security EMD is planning to excute organic farming by introducing Demostration plot at Mkamba area, outskirt the city of Dar es salaam.

we invite volunteers to work in care and support of orphans fostered in their families,work in setting up apprenticeship schemes example in carpentry,metal work,mansory,cloth making,pottery, etc. as these are increasing employment and income genereating opportunities.

Host family and self payment hostel accomodation/renting houses are available.
