    Support economic growth

Community members are being empowered through sensitizations especially women and youth at the fore front to participate in development activities. Trainings, theoretically and practically has been the fundamental learning models where communities gain confidence and so make them able to initiate their economic development groups.

    Enhance gender quality

Communities are helped to realize the effects of unsuitable taboos, marriages, body torture and other matters against human rights. The affected people directed to other human rights institutions for the assistance. This is done through trainings, forums, meetings and even counseling and advising.

    Improve public health

Raise awareness to the communities on the importance of good health for every member of the society. Good health will help to better economic performance. TFPA support the improvement of the public health on the areas of HIV/AIDS, Maternal health, Malaria prevention, conducting research and support the constructions of dispensaries in rural areas whenever possible.

    Environmental conservation education

TFPA in collaboration with other environmental activist advocate for better, clean and improved sustainable environment so that to make a world a better place for living. This is through trainings and awareness rising.

Promote Rule of law for legal provision

The first target group is the members of ward tribunal, religious leaders, impeccable persons and ward councillors; these are the people who deal with the pertinent issues of the victims of gender based violence and the victims of property and inheritance rights. This group also can be the source the catalyst for change at local level and council levels.

The second target group is the victims of gender based violence and property and inheritance rights. We want the voices of this group to be head by policy and laws makers so that their voices can be factored in the programmes of their council and the nation at large.
