Activities organised in the first quarters:

1. Conducted 3 Days Organisation Self Assessment Meeting at the EACROTANAL conference hall from March 4 - March 6 2011. 24 persons participated at the meeting including a member of the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee Members and CODECOZ members.

2. Conducted one Day Meeting to present report/findings of Organisation Self Assessment by the consultant.

3. Conducted 5 Days Workshop to develop 5 years Strategic Plan. The workshop took place at Office of the Chief Government Statistician Conference room, from April 22 - April 26. In attendance were stakeholders from Department of Environment, representative from West Dstrict Council, representative from the office of West District Commission, 2 community leaders from Chukwani and Kiembe samaki CODECOZ members of the Board of Trustees and and members. A total of 33 persons 19 females and 14 males participated at the workshop.

Activities organised in the second quarters:

1. Dialogue Meeting with District Leaders. The meeting took place at West District Commissioner's Office on May 26, 2011.  4 CODECOZ officers, 1 District Concil Reprasentative and 5 officers from the District Commissioner's Office attanded the meeting. The objective was to prepare the modality of the impemantation of the following activities:-

•  3 Community Awareness Meetings for community leaders ; and

•  3 Open Forums for community members of 29 shehias in West District.
