On Monday 27th January 2014, after one month of its foundation, Bright Generation Rwanda launched the first phase of its community empowerment program (GSP-Get Shield Program. This phase concerns young graduates from universities and secondary schools. It started at 2:00 pm at Masaka Incubation Center ( BIC). The total number is 38 participants who are attending the entrepreneurship within 15 days. The course is composed of 15 modules and will be completed by ICT modules within 20 working days. This youth is very enthousiastic and active. The BGR faciltators are very courageous, passionates and committed to their calling.
